Sir i was travelled vide pnr no qgrhtc from ahmedabad to jaipur on 21 dec 2019 alongwith my dependents... My boarding passes was lost... Due to this i was applied for traveling certificate and payment rs 600/- was done successful on 08 feb... Till now on 18 feb 2020... No any travel certificate issued by indigo authority's...
Plz intimate what i can do...

    -hi late week i got a call & mail from indigo airline (Call from sneha arora ([protected]) & mail from igo. [protected]@gmail.com regards rahul sharma and indigo 2. Pngairline air [protected]@[protected] indigo airline hr administration. Today i got a mail from same mail id that mentioned as training letter to join the training from 19/02/2020-06/03/2020. They told me in the mail & call first i need to pay amount for the training and the amount will be refuned after 35 days.

      My name is sujeevan Kumar I got a call from Airport authority of india. He said complete the online test after that I payed online registration fees. nearly I paid 1, 30, 000 still now.
      For dresscode, bond, training, transport, visitor pass. including GST for my amount they said its refundable when you got joined. I received a offer letter and training letter in this month they said me due to some issue ur joining date...

      Hi,
      On 11.02.2020 i got a call from this ([protected]) number, the woman on the other side (Name isha) claimed that she is calling from indigo airlines regarding job vacancy for ground staff and asked me if i was interested in the job to which i replied yes. She therefore explained me about the job (Ticketing, 10 to 5), salary[protected] and pick and drop policy of the comapay which seemed legit. Afterwards she told me to send identity and qualification documents to a whatsapp number ([protected]) or to email it to id. [protected]@rediffmail.com. And thereafter asked to pay 2100 inr as registration fee within a stipulated time, to all of which i agreed. She also mentioned various payment portals namely google pay, net banking and paytm. Later she asked about my father's occupation and also said that a peson will call form airpot authority of india to for verification.in the evening i sent my documents to the above given number. Next day she sent me the details of the account in which i had to send the money. Later i got another call, this time a man. He said that call was for verification and asked by what time will i be able to pay the registration amount. Later he called again and asked for my blood type. Thereafter they called me several times for payment processes which seemed absurd. Moreover it was disturbing as i was at work. Smelling deciet, i decided not to go foreward with this job offer. On 12.02.2020, evening, around 7:30, the man called again and asked why haven't i sent the amount. I replied due to some personal problems i won't go for the job. He said 'ok' and hung up. Today morning (13.02.2020) at 9:53 the woman called again and asked why i didn't send the money. I replied i didn't want to. She said that the job id is already created so i should pay the amount. I said that i'm no more interested because i am convinced that it is fraud. She then threatened me saying as i have wasted company's precious time my documents will be black listsd for 5 years and also the company will take legal actions against me. And that i will now have to pay 40, 000 inr as a penalty for wasting company's time and that i should visit the nearest police station to collect the notice. She also sent a message stating "this message is a written warning to you that company is taking legal action against as you have wasted company's time in a result your documents will be blacklisted from civil ratio and pay 40, 000/- as panelty and visit your nearest police station to collect legal notice".
      I'm now aware that i have pissed the lady.
      I just want know whether i should be worried or not.
      I am certain that all of it is a scam and that woman isha is a fraud. Still i need assurance. Please help.

        Hello team it's complaint about fake job offer related indigo. Yesterday i got a message : apply in airport ground staff, high salary, contact to hr - nisha-[protected], apply now hindi language only..             My name is krishnanjali s v. I had applied for a job in indigo airline. One from the hr department of indigo contacted me and say me that there are three rounds of interview one aptitude test second is telephonic amd third is face to face. I had completed 2 rounds and i am passed. Two days ago i got a mail which saying that i am selected amd i have an interview at trivndrum international airport on 04th april 2020. I want to know the invitation letter for interview from indigo is genuine or fake??

                Wheel chair denied by staff for senior citizan age 88 years. Flight 6e-135. Pnr-pf6jgf.

                Staff at booking window said that there are 4 wheel chairs and all booked already. So passanger must have to go on foot with his baggage.

                During departure time when airline's staff could not provide proper help/assistance/guide to old/needy passangers then how one can say that air traveller is safe for new born to old persons.

                Many times i travelled by indigo/goair/airindia/jet air but no advance booking for wheel chair is required.

                But such non cooprative attitude is experiened for the first time.

                Pl look into the matter and try to provide proper assistance.

There's a limit of wheelchair facilities available on each flight and this is to comply with air safety requirements to ensure the safety of all passengers on board in the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation. If there's an urgent request, we make our best efforts to accommodate that, however, at times this may not be operationally feasible. We hope you would understand.

                  Hello,

                  I am a passenger of indigo airlines flight number 6e16 from istanbul
                  To delhi. I was seat 15f and i arrive about 02;45 am 07/02/2020. When
                  I come to the passport control i realised that my wallet was not with
                  Me. Immediately i ask to indigo personnels to check the plane but they
                  Didn't find. I have to leave the airport because i have another flight
                  To chennai.

                  I´m afraid Indigo.com is not getting the seriousness of the situation . There´s a pandemic risk brought by the coronavirus outbrake not only in China, but globally. India included!

                  In the words of the World Health Organization, broght by this statement:

                  "The Committee’s role is to give advice to the Director-General, who makes the final decision on the determination of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The Committee also provides public health advice or suggests formal Temporary Recommendations as appropriate. "

                  "The Committee does not recommend any travel or trade restriction based on the current information available. "

                  To all countries

                  It is expected that further international exportation of cases may appear in any country. Thus, all countries should be prepared for containment, including active surveillance, early detection, isolation and case management, contact tracing and prevention of onward spread of 2019-nCoVinfection, and to share full data with WHO."

                  I´m pretty sure our specific request fits to a " exceptional circumstance, caused by an epidemic " case, as seen in your own Travel advisory image in attached.

                  Does Indigo.com realizes that we saw ourselves obligated to renounce our travel plans completely??

                  Besides, Indigo.com. should highly consider a different approach on our case, if you don´t wish to be poorly avaluated and assessed as company that ISN´T ADRESSISSING this whole situation properly.

                  Again, that´s not a usual refund request, but a huge Force Majeure Problem.

                  Therefore, and again, we kindly ask the management about the possibility of getting total refund on this booking fee . Be reasonable!

                    Dear sir,
                    My wife and i made two bookings from london, uk 1. Oiwwkw and 2. Lko-ccu-dac pnr : cdq4kv.

                    We arrived by biman bangladesh airlines via dhaka to kolkata on 18december and stayed at the lalit great eastern hotel from 18-21 december.
                    On the 21st december, our flight from kolkata to lucknow was cancelled (Please see below), for no faults of ours and, our entire holiday plan in india from 21-28 december had to be abandoned. We could not avail our onward journey to lucknow on 21 december and hence the subsequent return flight to dhaka enroute indigo flt lko-ccu-dac on 28 december 2019. We could not stay in lalit great eastern either for an extra night or two.
                    We were forced to buy our return to dhaka flight on the 21st december via regent airlines at a hugely exaggerated price of inr 26000/- (We can produce the tickets and receipts).

                    We are now back in london and as a valued customer of indigo, would request you to look into the great inconvenience created for us by indigo's cancellation of our scheduled flight on the 21st december.
                    The refunds made by indigo for the cancelled kolkata - lucknow flight[protected] and the un-availed luknow - kolkata-dhaka flight[protected] is small, unreasonable and unacceptable in view of the cancelled india trip and the money spent on the unscheduled journey back to dhaka.
                    Please do advise before we take legal advice for our grievance.

                        e aadhaar card invalid dcumnts for travel

                        Pnr no al2cwq bbsr odisha airport at checking counter one the staff informed that e aadhaar card is not a valid document to travel thru indigo airlines. She refused to accept my e aadhaaar as proof for travel and was made to wait long and i had to furnish other proof of documents we request pls educate our staff regarding rules of e aadhaar card this will help not to harass the travelling passengers pls provide all ur staff with copy of section...

                        This is nitish kote narasaiah with regards to my pnr - qfeg2s

                        As you may already know, coronavirus outbreak took several lives, and many are still fighting for their lives. I really appreciate the efforts taken by indigo for india - china routes. I would urge for similar efforts for passengers travelling to other affected countries like singapore, thailand.


                        As a tourist to singapore, i was about to visit places like marina bay, gardens by the bay and sentosa island where all the 7 cases of wuhan virus victims were registered.
                        As per ministry of health - singapore, about 57+ cases are still under investigation and govt. Announced yellow dorscon level. Among 57 many are believed to be tourists like me and visited popular attractions. Corona can spread by human to human contact or visiting infected areas. This is the only reason why i had to cancel my trip.

                        Indigo charged me more than half of my ticket price inr. 9000/- towards cancellation fee. As a privileged customer and considering the virus scare, i am hoping to get a full refund or atleast travel points equivalent to cancellation fee.

                          I am daksh mishra. I am studying in 11th std. A call from hr department came to me and it stated that i have applied for the job on thr base of 10th pass so we will take some interviews. They asked me to submit my id. Then the called me and said i was selected for the telephonic round after giving the test and it would cost me 2500 rs. Then after the telephonic round to submit my training conformation letter they told me to pay more 7500rs. After that a mail came and it stated my training conformation. Then a person called and told me to pay 13500rs as a security amount and all these amounts are refundable and i have to pay it for the uniform of airport staff. Should i believe him or not.

                            Now that its been already clear that the pilot himself was not informed of the action taken by indigo to ban kunal shows how much of a coward they are and the extent to which they can go just to please some stupid minister and his tweet. How do you justify your actions? You have totally disregarded the dgca rules. Shame on you. It this how you treat your customers? Is this your work ethics indigo?
                            Anyways, thanks for showing your true colors.

                              We were about to book an open ticket in Indigo Airlines and in that process we have got a help line number through google and that guy has cheated us and had taken Rs 10000/- through online transaction.
                              So, we would like to lodge a compliant regarding this.
                              He came to know our Internet banking User ID, Account number, Pass word, Profile password and Phone number in this process. The same thing was communicated to the SBI. SBI have blocked the account, internet banking.

                              I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that.
                              I am trying to request for travel certificate but it is showing error. Please provide me a travel certificate by today itself.

                                I want to know on what basis was kunal kamra was banned from the flight for six months. What procedure was followed? When was the complaint registered? When was the committee formed? And under which rule did you ban him for 6 months. Please give us the information. This action is totally unacceptable. How can you be such a coward and not stand for the right. Why not take actions legally?
