I filled a form in official site few days ago and today, i received a call from [protected]. The person said that you will get the job as cabin crew but you'll have to come in physical relationship with me. He said that he is calling from bombay (Mumbai). Please do something about this, they are using people who are need of jobs. They are taking advantage of people. This is a career option not a ### place. Do something!! Take an action!!

    This is in reference to the pnr number: sm23hn
    And flight number: 6e 6339

    My flight was delayed by more than 2 hours due to which i missed my extremely important meeting due to which i suffered huge loss. The departure time was 6:20 am and the flight departed at 8:30 am according to your stats whereas the flight did not depart even after 9 am.

    According to indigo policy which states that: in case of delays of more than 2 hours or preponement of the flight by more than 1 hour, customers are entitled for a full refund or re-booking onto an alternative indigo flight at no additional cost subject to availability.

    Hence i would like to claim my refund for the delayed flight. I was just sitting in my flight for more than 2 hours and no alternative option was provided to me by the airlines in case of delay otherwise i would have taken an alternative flight and would not have missed my meeting.

    Also find attached my ticket and the real departure status of flight.

      PNR VG2VNS and WZ6IVZ From Banglore to Gorakhpur were booked as direct flight. PNRs were rescheduled multiple times (more than 3) and connecting flight destinations were also changed, creating a chaos & state of confusion. Finally the flight 6E-266 was scheduled to depart at 0600 hours and for that we got a message to arrive at airport 3 hours in advance. We came at 0250 hours to airport but flight started getting delayed. ETD was 0630 hours but again after boarding, the aircraft is still standing and not even boarding gates are closed till 0700 hours. It feels that Indigo is charging for killing time.

      I had a flight from delhi to jammu which got cancelled due to bad weather and i was told that i will get refund but it’s been weeks i didn’t got any refund ! kindly look into this matter! as my rupees 8000 has been stuck ! i want it back as soon as possible! thanks

Usne bola ki registration fees 10650 aur uske bad document verification 16500 uske bad usne bola ki apka profil internationa level pe select huya hai. Phir human resource officer training needs assessment evalution form me 23500 uske bad employment agreement & personal details 25057 and pf & esi 38250 rupye hamse usne liya aur aak fraud letter provide ki.

        One of my friend coming from chennai to ernakulam by using INDIGO at 17‐01‐2020. In flight printed ticket same date.but rubber stam punching 2019... i dont konw how many days continuous and how many tickets are printed same like this.. and nobody checking. Still i kept that original ticket

          I am avni from karnataka, i got a fake confirmation letter of indigo airlines company by the hr manager sudhir srivastav and sender by the name of some person name as divya bharti ([protected]) who called mailed me on date of 17th jan 2020. For the interview process they made me to deposit 2500rs they send me a payment link (Dear, please click the payment link:-Www.goaviation.in/payindigo/) later they send me one online test link (http://www.indiabix.com/online-test/verbal-ability-test/random) after this they are not respond to my any calls please i kindly request to take actions for this fake id creations by the company are crime department atleast save furure students life and money. I kindly request that to refundable my amount to me. Please take actions!!!

                I had my trip planned for Sri Lanka for 27th Dec 2019 to 2nd Jan 2020. Flight Details : Pune-Chennai-Colombo (PNR - TFWL6C/QWHF4E). I did not receive my luggage at Chennai/Colombo. Instead the luggage was sent to Ahmedabad (Got to know after 2 days). While I had my itinerary planned in Sri Lanka, I was asked to come back to Colombo airport after 3 days to collect my bag - which was not possible. So I had to purchase all my daily utility items including my clothes and medicines all over again.

                  Dear sir,

                  We are the frequent flyer in indigo airlines for many years. We have booked the tickets of 3 persons to fly from bangalore to madurai on 5th january 2020. The pnr is cpby8b.

                  As it was mentioned on the face of the tickets having the aforesaid pnr that the flight was scheduled to take off at 01:40 pm, but it was intimated that the flight was delayed by only 30 minutes. The boarding on the flight started at 01:45 pm.

                  On boarding in the aircraft, it was surprised to know that the flight is not going to take off at the time intimated i. E. Half an hour after the scheduled time. The exact information in respect of the departure time was not even intimated nor announced in the flight by the fight crew/staff. The air-conditioner or other civil amenities were also not functioning/working in the aircraft for nearly two hours and it created mental and physical torcher to us by sitting there in suffocation for nearly 2 hours without any facilities as required by the direction (S) of the dcga and civil aviation ministry.

                  It is pertinent to mention here that the ground staff was also hiding the truth regarding the reaching of the pilot and was only saying that the pilot will be coming within 02 to 05 minutes but did not turn up for nearly 02 (Two) hours. My husband is a patient of parkinson, and in such a situation, i along with my husband & son had to come down from the flight itself to take the fresh air and to release the mental & physical torture happened due to this critical drama by your staff deputed on the flight/ground.

                  Further, we had to return back from madurai to delhi without getting our work done because we were having our meeting scheduled for the next day in delhi and we were already late because of the delay of the flight.

                  It is also pertinent to mention and disclose that if there is any deficiency on our part regarding time even of 05 minutes and 1 kg more of weight as allowed, your staff did not co-operate with us and also charges the excess amount as per your traffic schedule, they do not even like to talk/ respond to our enquiry etc., then why should we bear for any deficiency on their part.

                  As stated above the facts and circumstances, it is requested to your good self that please take appropriate and necessary action against the indigo airlines with the intimation to the undersigned. If required, we are ready to give the voluntarily statement against the faulty staff/ person responsible. Further the refund should be given to us on their fault and the special voucher free of cost should be provided to us for future fly as per our convenience.

                  Flight ticket is enclosed herewith for your reference.

                  My kind request to dgca to look into this matter and request them to ensure that such incidents do not happen again with anyone else in future.

                    asking money for profile verification

                    After telephonic interview the next process is certificate verification. The so called representative ashish rathwal is asking money around 6000 inr for verification from indigo side. Else the verification has to be done by external agency. They asked to pay rs 2000 for telephonic interview & told will refund during face to face interview, the next process. But after telephonic interview they are telling profile verification charges. No charges...

                    I went from indigo 6E 237 jaipur to port blair on 1st jan 2020 and my PNR is GG68XP. When i reached to port blair i saw my stroller was damaged, the whole wheel system of my stroller was totally disappeared. I had to lift 20-25 kg. many times. I complained at port blair airport bag drop section. She lodge my complaint, her id is ixzcs. Now my stroller is totally waste for me without wheels. Kindly cooperate and compensate. Thanks

                      Flight 6e96 dubai to bengaluru, sts 11/1/2020 pnr cidyrj
                      My daughter is stuck in dubai airport from 8:00 am today due to the delay in flight takeoff.. Past 10 hours she is sitting inside the airport and we are not able to cancel as the security check was already done. We called [protected] and not provided any help.. Ridiculous service..!!! Till now no proper confirmation!!! If there is a delay, information to the passengers should be send prior to checkin.. Now we don’t know how to resolve this problem

Past 10 hours she is sitting inside the airport and we are not able to cancel as the security check was already done. We called [protected] and not provided any help.. ridiculous service..!!! Till now no proper confirmation!!! If there is a delay, information to the passengers should be send prior to checkIn

                          Hi,

                          My name is ashit rao. Please attached my confirmed ticket from pune-delhi-isanbul-amsterdam.

                          Shockingly on arrival at ist on 7th jan, i was told by the turkish airline and indigo staff at the transfer desk that the flight was overbooked. Instead i was given a boarding pass for the next day 8th jan. There was sufficient time for boarding on the 7th but i spent 1 hr at the transfer desk of indigo, during which the indigo staff could not print my boarding pass and therefore i missed the intended flight. It is difficult to understand how the date of a confirmed ticket for a particular flight is change.
                          Moreover i also received an email on the morning of 7th jan for the original itinerary (See attached), with no intimation of the changes in the ist to ams flight.

                          Moreover, the indigo staff at ist did not offer any lounge or hotel services for the overnight stay at the airport as well as refused to bear visa fees for accomodation outside the airport.

                          On meeting the ticket sales desk, i was informed of a flight in the evening on the 7h jan, with no ecomony seat free but one business seat. I went back to the indigo desk and requested to be transfered to that desk. However they mentioned that it is not possible for them to do so. So i had no option but to purchase the ticket by myself. I cannot bear the stress of spending 24 hr at the airport without accomodation, internet (Provided for 1 hr only) and food.

                          Please see attached the new boarding pass and the receipt for the same.

                          Given this difficult and stressful scenario i encountered travelling with indigo, i would firstly like (1) to know how the date of a confirmed ticket was changed by 24 hr and (2) hope that the cost of my flight ticket from ist to ams be reimbursed as soon.

                            Kindly note i have booked a ticket for 5 persons on the 31st of december 2019 vide pnr/booking ref.: cg6cgp.
                            And have cancelled the same immediately with two hours. I am supposed to get return of my total money within 7 days from the date of transaction as per indigo.
                            I also bought a new ticket for 5 persons on the same day for flight number 6e714 vide pnr number rbtntr

The bank account has been debited but the travel certificate has not been generated. The travel certificate has also not been sent by email later. The customer care puts call on hold every time.                                   I was booking a round trip flight ticket from Dubai to Mumbai on 13th jan 2019 from dubai local time 10:30 AM. Flight details:-From Dubai to Mumbai date 16 the jam 2019 time 04:30AM return 16th jan 2020 time 01:30AM.Payment made by credit card (Emirates NBD) amount AED 1339/-.. Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my credit card and bank also mailed that transaction is successful.After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary. I have not received the PNR number for my Ticket. When I contacted Customer support they informed me that the money is not received by Indigo. So they want me to pay full amount again for the ticket. So I booked another ticket for the same journey. I mailed my case to indigo [protected]@goindigo.in & [protected]@goindo.in on 14th jan 2019. I have not received any reply from them. For the privileged customer, Indigo is not informing the status of the money. When will I get back the money.

                                  On speaking with your customer care they advised me to pay the online fee for travel certificate
                                  I payed it immediately and the amount got deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email that the certificate will be sent to my email or anything such.
                                  What is the time period in which I can receive the update?
                                  Kindly confirm at the earliest when can I receive it.

                                    My friend got a call saying that is from Indigo Airlines. They conducted telephonic interview and asked to deposited Rs 2500 as a registration fees. Later they called again saying he's been selected and as a security deposit he needs to transfer Rs 9400 which will be returned after completion of his training. However we found out it's a fraudulent calls so we didn't deposit. We also know it's not the airlines fault. I'm writing so that the airlines would take care of such frauds and not let their reputation to be drowned. Thank you

                                      I travelled from Udaipur to Delhi flight on 6 Jan 2020 (6E 2323) with one check in baggage and one hand baggage. As the flight was running late my hand baggage was taken from me at boarding gate and assured that it ll be handed over at belt itself. After reaching delhi and waiting for more than an hour when discussed with ground staff they told me that they left it at Udaipur only.

                                      They promised to handover the bag to me by 6 PM directly at my office. I had to call repeatedly to get updates. Then in evening it was agreed to deliver on 7th Jan.
                                      From morning, I am chased constantly without any resolution and new queries from the staff on sharing PIR, details etc.

                                      The biggest issue is not restrained to mistake they made by missing the baggage at Udaipur but now its pain I took to get the details without any resolution.

                                      Finally I got the bag on 7th afternoon after chasing with CharterX, where the delivery boy was expecting tip for delivering bag to me.

                                      It is a very sad state of affair and how indigo handles it is completely unprofessional..
