flight delay

The scheduled time of the flight 6e5305 dated 28 dec 2019 was delayed inordinately by 1.50 hours for take off. We had a meeting scheduled at 6.30 pm with our clients which got cancelled and hence we had to return without attending the meeting. This resulted in loss of business and hence we demand refund of full fare on the flight, as the purpose of travelling by air was defeated and we had to return back to mumbai as staying back till monday...

I am bhavani. I'm a student. I got an offer letter from indigo spice jet. They said me to pay the amount of 1, 500/- for the online test and after qualifying they said me to pay 5, 500/-. And after few days again they called back and said me to pay 13, 500/-. After paying the complete amount they are not responding for any of my calls and also not refunding my money back.. I hope so you will help me this problem

      I got a sms that your CV is selected for indigo airlines ground staff call hr Rahul Sharma. I called him he told me u have to attend an interview. Later interview HR told me u r selected. They demand some security money then training money then commission then agreement money. Total money is 28600 they need from me. And send me a joining latter by mail. I went igi airport that joining date but there was no one. Airport police told me this...

      I, Subramaniam Lakshmi, aged 80 years, was travelling from Chennai to Coimbatore on Indigo flight 6E 6002 on 21st Dec 2019. On reaching Chennai Airport at about 19.30 hrs to board the above mentioned flight, as I had opted for wheelchair assistance, I was taken for security check from the taxi by wheel chair assistance.

      On completion of security check, I was made to wait near the boarding gate when the wheel chair assistance went missing for few minutes with my hand bag, jute bag & boarding pass. As i was getting worried, this person reappeared and I took back my hand bag, jute bag & boarding pass.

      I have a strong feeling that during his absence from my sight, there is every possibility that he could have taken 3 nos of Rs2000/- notes and 6 nos. of Rs.500/- notes from my handbag.

      Kindly arrange to resolve the said issue as early as poosible.

        I am sayantika bhunia and i was coming from vijayawada to kolkata via hydrabad on 22.12.2019. I booked ticket through makemy trip on 21.12.2019 and booking id: nf[protected]. I came to hydrabad on 22.12.2019 safely by air india flight no ai-9537 & pnr no-ym18m but i couldn't get indigo flight on 23.12.2019 inspite of having boarding pass & security checking due to indigo's iternal problem. My indigoi flight no from hydrabad was 6e-358 & pnrno-thkq7m. I came to kolkata by air asia flight no i5-517 and booking id: nf[protected] and pnr no-svzf2p. I want my money back. One thing here i should mention, i. E. I was not the only passenger there but so many other passengers also, who faced the similar experience in the above mentioned same indigo flight

            I got a call from unknown person (prachi dant) like they are calling from indigo airlines, that you have selected for ground staff job located in Nagpur.
            And they asked me my BE final year mark sheet. I have uploaded resume in there whats-app and they are saying that I have selected indigo airlines Ground staff job.
            They are saying that, I have to attend for telephonic interview and face to face interview...
            They are asking 2500 for interview procedure Next day they called me to attend the telephonic interview for that I have to pay 2500..they are telling that if I not selected for any interview the Money will be refunded. I paid them 2500 rupees via paytm
            they called me to attend the telephonic interview right that they before i pay
            i pay there 2500 rs. to them vie paytm then at 5 pm they take my interview and i pass that interview then next day one of indigo hr named radika call me again for documents including CRP certificate . when i told them that i cant
            have that CRP certificate. they told me . i[censored] wont have we provide you when
            you pay 8500 rs for certificate. when i refuse to pay and told to cancel my job
            radika refuse to take my call when i call prachi dant, they say mail me for cancle job application, i mailed them regarding canceling job application and told them to give my money back they say we cant give money right now
            and provide money to you 45 days lather i again call them why money refunding take time prachi dant says dont call me its my personal no. i can block your call, I came to know that this is a fraud and fake calls..

Telling me that i have been selected for indigo airline job worth 18500 per month during training, for this i was asked to submit my documents along with 2100 in advance and after that in appear in online test. Please, immediately take an action against such a blatant fraudary. Otherwise, many more will fall pray to such tricksters.

                I have booked flight tickets from bangalore to hyderabad with pnr-am6vgk. But due to medical reasons, we would not be able to travel.

                We are from uk and we provided standard uk gp notes/letter for my wife's illness which clearly mentions gp advice not to travel and take bed rest and not to do strenuous activity.

                I was able to get a full refund for my flights booked through british airways to bangalore as well hotel booking in marriott hyderabad.
                But only indigo hasn't confirmed they will refund. I have chased them thrice till now. I have provided uk gp medical letter/notes as well as relationship proof of all passengers on the pnr.

                Very disappointed to see lack of compassion from indigo.
                Ba and marriott refunded more money than indigo quickly and with no chasing, and only just on the basis o[censored]k gp notes.

                    This is ashok gupta, writer director from mumbai. I was traveling from delhi to srinagar with my crew on the 10th of december. I booked 6 and 6 tickets for the same and on the 9th we got the message that the flight is flying only between delhi amritsar and amritsar srinagar is cancelled. I was asked to cancel the entire ticket of travel for the available flight. We cancelled few for the entire trip and traveled delhi amritsar with rest. Pnr ad71ty and there is another pnr as well for the same sector. We were never told how much we would be charged for the sector delhi amritsar sector. Yesterday, i received a call from the customer care that a refund of rs.10676/ is being credited in my account for the same. Which i feel is a cheating. After paying more than 11000/ for a ticket and getting a refund of rs 2500/ plus something, is a cheating. Because the flight was canceled, i had to suffer a lot as i had to travel from amritsar to jammu via road and it made the children sick. Either you should tell the customer, how much is the cost for the partial sector or not cheat as i am being cheated.
                    If the matter is not resolved properly, i would be forced to take legal action against the airline and file a suit for the same and also post all this on the social sites.
                    If my case is not resolved satisfactorily, i will be forced to also file a complaint on airsewa portal as well.

                      During my travel from mumbai to vadodara, i had cpml/cptr coupon but none of the cabin crew member approached me to serve my cpml which is booked under corporate meal plan.
                      They were so busy getting new orders which are cash paid but no even interested who have already booked the meal through corporate plan.

                      Date of travel. 23rd december
                      Flight : 6e-567

                      This is purely negligence of cabin crew members.

                      Pls look in to this, nobody would like to experience such experience

                          Before 2 days ago i got a job offer fron quikr for ground staff in indigo airlinefrom a representative name sheetal sharma contact no. [protected] she told me that my profile has been shortlisted an i have to pay 2000 for profile evaluation and told that there are no further charges. I paid 2000 and next day she called me from another no.[protected] and told me that i m sheetal sharma from indigo airport. She make me fool by saying that i m sheetal and the person who called you yesterday was neha but i guess the voice bcoz voice of both the persons is same, it means same person is calling from both the numbers by changing their names and then she called me and asked about my family and all after that she told me that i have to pay another 12000 for the security and dress charges. It has been very hard and one can't rely upon such offers from online websites if we are cheated. I hope there she some strict action shall be taken towards such fraud recruiters.                             My flight from amritsar to kolkata was delayed for almost 2 hours.
                            And we were not offered any additional service like meals etc nothing we paid for our own meals etc later we came to know a message for food was sent to the booking number but we should be mentioned on the counter when we checked in we stayed in the airport about 4 hours we were traveling from different city to board flight we must get compensation for all 3 tickets on the mentioned flight

                              I had contacted a recruiter (Mr abhishek) from career power, (India jobs.com) they had promised me a job and for this first they took a registration fee of 2500, then for account opening 10000 and 10600 security deposit, 8500 for noc, 18500 for training, 10050 for id card and said 70 % of this will be refundable but now they're asking for 15500 gst fees even if i want to get refund i have to pay. Please confirm is this company is registered as a true recruiter.
