I tried booking a flight for my brother from Pune to Delhi on 21-Dec-2019 at 18:53 PM. Transaction ID: 3e6fbcb4b[protected]. The payment was on the Indigo website via PAYTM and was successfully debited but due the Indigo payment gateway issues, the PNR could not be generated and the ticket was not booked. However, the amount debited (INR 11, 901) is still not credited back. I have spoken with Indigo almost everyday but they could not help and advised to wait. They say that they have received the payment but it got stuck and they will initiate the refund. I have my credit card payment due date on Jan 3-2020 and this amount is deducted and no scope of getting back.
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have paid the fee today for the travel date 10th Aug 2019, the money got deducted, but I didn't receive any confirmation email.
Kindly confirm at the earliest when can I receive it.
I needed it urgently.

On speaking with your customer care they advised me to pay the online fee for travel certificate
I payed it immediately and the amount got deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email that the certificate will be sent to my email or anything such.
What is the time period in which I can receive the update?
