I was having my bengaluru flight 6e-2131 with indigo airlines on friday 20:40 dated 13th december 2019. The weather was bad due to heavy rains so initially the flight was delayed by 1 hour. It was ok for everyone o[censored]s. After 1 hour, again they messaged us the flight was 1 hour delay. We again said nothing to anyone. We adjusted, we asked the indigo manager named "rajat" about the cause of delay, he said your flight is currently coming from bengaluru itself and due to bad weather it was unable to land at delhi airport, so the pilot diverted and landed that flight to jaipur airport, so after atc clearance your flight will be departed from jaipur to delhi and soon you will be boarded in that flight to bengaluru. We all said ok. No problem. The time was around 00:30 (Night). We asked them for water and refreshments also, they have given us veg thali for free from the airport and also water was there but they were taking around 30-40 mins to bring water to passengers stranded at airport. So if one is thirsty, infant and ladies were also there, they have to wait for 30 mins for water bottles. All passengers are sleeping on the cold and chilled floors of delhi airport terminal-2 in the month of december 2019. (Extreme cold). Anyways we adjusted that also. Now the weather is 100% clear as told by indigo manager, still that flight was not departed from jaipur. We were still waiting till 2:00 am (Extreme cold night). They were again messaging us the delaying information changing again and again the delay time by 30-35 mins. That message came around 7-8 times on every passenger mobile phone. It was around 4:00 am in the morning, rajat told us that we are arranging a different flight for you people, as your flight is still at jaipur airport. So finally we boarded the flight at around 4 am in the morning, and they made us sit in the aircraft for another 1 hour as pilot was not present in the flight, at around 5:00 am, our flight took off from delhi airport and we reached bengaluru at around 7:30 am (14th december). We were about to reach at 23:15 previous day. Delay of approx 9 hours. No arrangements for resting of passengers were there. We were sleeping on that hard surfaced uncomfortable chairs as the floor was extreme cold. They should arrange us a different flight and not have to wait for jaipur flight till 4 am in the morning. I dont why these cheap airlines does not have respect towards the passengers. Why dont they try to sort the things out, passengers are stranded there for the last 9 hours. We have spend so much money on airlines just to ensure we reach delhi-bengaluru quick and comfortably but the airlines thought we passangers are just useless identity.

On 18 December I had book two air tickets. I filled two passengers details and made payment. In that case payment was successful but tickets not booked. So i request to you please refund my money.
