Indigo Flight — Denial of check in

I the undersigned would like to state that,
I and my son K William singh, travelling from bengaluru to Imphal
bearing pnr:ZBJD8G
passenger name:K Prakash Singh, K William singh
were denied to enter the airport premises by the CISF in the entrance,
due to the same name on the printout printed by the indigo agent in the counter as MR. K singh, MR. K singh.
But FYI I have booked my ticket as K prakash singh and k william singh,
in the travel agency.
Moreover i have made complaints regarding the same with indigo agents,
the thing is whose mistake is it. i would like to know the responsible person behind this.
