I am harish kumar m J and i have completed my degree in 2014 and applied for certificates in 2015 (28th convocation) and i waited upto 3 months and applied again as i was not having proof to ask IGNOU for my degree certificates and waited 3 month no reply from IGNOU and sent letter with previous documents, new application . no body replied yet and no body is attending calls and no reply for my letters.. each application will cost...

I had the made the payment on 2 April for 2016 convocation and requestEd for degree. The degree was supposed to be given within 2 months. On 23 June when I went to take my degree they said that in our records we don't have your that you have made the payment so either make the payment through DD or visit headoffice we cannot help. They were so rude and helpless and even after marking a mail to concerned division i.e. [protected]@ignou.ac.in...

Is mca degree from ignou is recognized by mnc. After putting hard efforts to pass the exam if all you dreams shattered how do you rated this univerity and course?. Why ignou is not sending any update to top mnc to consider the certificate. Why ignou is playing with the imotions of hundreds and thousands of students every year. Why this hard effort put is not being recognised by mnc? Has ever ignou has received any such complains? If so why...

I had called up the helpline number for Diploma in Tourism Studies through Distance Education. The lady at the helpline number was extremely rude and spoke in a very insulting tone. She was literally yelling at me. It was extremely sad to know that IGNOU does not respect its candidates and their queries.
