I draw your kind attention to my complaint. I’m student of IGNOU & my program code is BDP and I submitted my assignments on time but my Grade Card doesn’t update. My One subject assignments still aren’t update and my graduation has been pending for that reason or I already submitted Award list of EPS-15 at Mathura Road Regional Centre for last month but they don't take right action. Please take necessary action.

I applied for my BCOM A&F degree for the year[protected]
The prospectus states that I will receive my acknowledgement and Study material, along with my assignments at my Postal address.
I only received a fees receipt at my home.
I have repeatedly been to the Study Center for my books, but it is now 22nd March, yet I fail to receive my books. Only 2 more months left for my examinations.
Also, when I call at the office, they ask me to come for the books at 6, but when I go there, they tell me that the books distribution is 5 to 6.
Next time, I went at 5 and was told that it opens at 6.
Besides, I have not been informed through any means about an I-card to be collected. When I asked about it, I was told that I was irresponsible because I did not collect it before.
The staff, except one gentleman, is rude and unhelpful. Their helpline number only tells me to come to the office and talk for answers.
Mental stress right before exams is enough trouble, this only adds up to it.

I have cleared all my subjects (including statistics in December 2011). Also I have submitted my IGNOU MBA (HR) PROJECT SYNOPSIS IN AUGUST 2011. But I have'nt been intimated as to what is the status of approval of the same.
One more thing I could'nt complete the entire course in 8 years duration. Hence I had to take re-admission for the same. (Only MS-08 and Project was left). Out of which I appeared for MS-08 in Dec 2011 and cleared it. Also the synopsis have been sent by me to Delhi. I would like to inform that I had to take re-admission in Mulund Regional Centre (Regional Centre No. 49) and was given a new enrolment number which is :[protected]. My earlier admission was with Pune Regional Centre (Regional Centre No. 16) in the year[protected] and my earlier enrolment no. was[protected]. In order for the degree to be awarded I want the grade card to be merged and showing all the courses completed. How will it be possible with two different enrolment numbers ? Kindly help.

Also kindly declare the approval status of the synopsis at the earliest.

I give my cs-73 exam in December 2011 . I got 9 marks i filled the form for photocopy and for revaluation .
Now i get my paper photocopy and when i saw . I was shoked to see that all the questions are correct but they crossed . I think that they crosed they think i have coppied my paper from some book . but i do it myself . They don't write on my exam that the paper is coppied . Now my revaluetion is on waiting if they faill me what i will do than .

Please tell me soon i waiting for answer .

1. since 2003 when i took addmision in BSC Program, i'm facing problem from ignou center Regional center Ranchi and study center Marwari College Ranchi. Due to this till now i couldn't complete my BSC degree due to some other reason. But frequently i'm facing problem related to updation of assignment marks. They are not updating assignment marks in regular basis, due to this i'm unable to do credit transfer.

2. i've submitted thrice my FEG and AMT assingment but they didn't correct till now and whenever i ask from study center they told we didn't received. i dont know what to do, whom to speak.

3. Even regional center staff also not co-operating. Study center staff were telling we sent all assingment marks to regional center but if they are not updating what can we do.

please resolve my problems as soon as possible so i can continue my higher study.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the student of MCA in IGNOU , I joined in IGNOU thinking that here they take classes and is better to do distance education with my job, But from last One year I made complaint to the center coordinator that the professors who come from GIT wont teach us anything just they take attendance and if any doubts or question been asked to them they postponed it , they keep the classes whenever they are free not according to the time table set by the IGNOU center they even don’t know simple programs to teach how to study under such professors who take huge amount from the office per class and never clear the students doubts and whenever they want they take the class, its all the bribing going on in this center .
We all had today a practical exam but there were no proper computers to run and execute the written programs and the one who got the system was lucky, mean while when I boldly asked the coordinator and professor, I want to execute the program and there is no proper computer in lab, he took my paper and send me out , this is what the MCA students are suffering and keeping back the subjects ,
We do work hard and study but the one who is close to coordinator or professors clears the practical exam. Its compulsory to attend 75% practical’s as per rules of IGNOU but the professors who take labs don’t teach us anything, they say us come for lab for your attendance,
we are studying our self but we pay to IGNOU huge amount so that classes will be conducted and we can learn and come out as MCA’s but unfortunately we were wrong to join in this Belgaum center IGNOU..
We pay huge amount of fees to the IGNOU in return we students are not getting any knowledge, this is what going in our IGNOU Center in Belgaum Karnataka.
Its my Humble request you to check all the Computers in Lab its conditions and take a strict action against professors who are spoiling our career .
They use to take Computer Lab practical’s earlier in BCA departments which is well maintained . but now presently they are taking in GSS Science PUC Lab in which hardly 10 -15 computers are working and that too with lots of errors and others are totally dead. And due to which we suffered in exam without any execution been done.

I made complaint many times in office due to which I am getting very less internal marks but I m not worried about my marks I want the right thing to be implemented in college and save the students life. We have the right to ask our IGNOU office because we have paid the fees but they wont take any actions against professors as all are same. We are lagging very much behind, Please I request you to take some strict action and save our career.

i want to ask IGNOU if they have value of time of someone.i am waiting for my result of last year of BDP and already taken admission in another university in MBA and they r demanding the result as sson as possible otherwise they will cancel my admission.Almost all univercities from all over india has declared the final year result so that students can take admission further but IGNOU is bad at all.

Total Question attempt : 95 %
Supplementary papers taken : 5
Total number of pages : 80 (Approx)
Attempt theory questions : 40 %
attempt numerical type question : 55 %
Total Marks obtained : 05 (Five)
Marks Obtained after revaluation : 05 (five)

How is it possible if some one writing 80 pages and attempting 95 % question but got only 5 marks and after revaluation marks unchanged. I think Revaluation is just for passing time. there is no revaluing copies nore giving more attention on it. if you require 4-5 marks for passing then send revalution form and fee other wise i will suggest please don't waste your time and money too and wait for next examination.

IGNOU is not harasing me for 1 year.

My name is kali das my roll number is[protected]. I have completed my graduation but till now I have not got my original college leaving certificate with mark sheet. It has been clearly mention that student should give their college leaving certificate with mark sheet before joining in MBA so also in government sector jobs. Ignou is very popularly known as people university but it never fulfills people's wish. I have complain against Ignou but they only give excuse . Please help me to solve my following problems.

IGNOU's Online Examination form submission process is not flexible and very tedious for working professionals. Whenever i call on Jaipur Regional Center, nobody pick up the call. If i call regarding any complain to IGNOU Delhi Office they reply in a very rude manner and say we're not responsible for any matter.

I've been calling for last 3 days continuously to IGNOU Jaipur Regional Center, Ring goes but call is not responded. Now tell me whom do i contact for any problem. what kind o[censored]niversity is this. shame on IGNOU Staff and management Committee. they are not proved there standards. It's better to withdrawal from this university. I'd never prefer anybody to go for IGNOU's courses.

I'm really harassed with the situations i'm facing but being govt. body they don't worry about anything.

Kindly request you take my problem seriously. and take the necessary action against the university staff and their norms.

Respected Sir, i am a school teacher.my age is 28.due to my family problems i couldnot complete my post gradute.in the year 2009.i was adimmited to IGNU. to my nearest study centre.Taking casual leaves and Medicals i completed my part one.on that time i had lots of complains taking my course.the study centre just know how to collect money.they have no hands in the name of co operation.however, i acquaired first class. now in my part two result i failed in one paper by gettin 37.i failed for just 3.i couldnot believe that. getting my result i applied for reviewed and i paid one thousand for this purpose.but after passing almost three months i am not having any response form them.

I am doing my MBA in IGNOU, and this time there is havoc done by IGNOU on the Assignment and Exam fee dates.

They have given the last date for the Assignment submission as October 31, 2011
and Last date for the filling Exam fee (with out fine) as 30 September, 2011.

Now for filling the exam fees the student shold have submitted the Assignments before 30 September 2011 other wise he is not allowed to fill the fees.

Students are hit by this Contradicting dates and now those who have not completed the assignments thinking that October 31 is last date have to fill the fine of 300 (form October 1st to 20th)
the fine of 500 (form October 21st to 31st)
the fine of 1000(form November 1st to 15th) upon filling the fees.

this is UNFAIR of that IGNOU is doing this. Now un-necessarily students are fined. This is a Fault from IGNOU and why Students have to pay the fine for its mistake.

Is there any One who have the authority KINDLY PROVIDE JUSTICE for all the Distance learining students. Please postpone the last date for filling the exam fees (with out fine) to be after October 31 ( which is the dead line for Assignments).
