Dear Sir,

I am Madhav katkoriya from Rajkot. My Enrollment no.[protected]. Before 2 month i had given appliaction for RC change but till it not happened. Because of their delay i have to pay Late fee charges and i had completed my assignment since 1 month but yet they also hav not given me any study center detail. In delhi RC-3 they are also not receiving the call. I am mentalyy depressed due to this delay. Its my biggest mistake that i had taken addmission in IGNOU.

I had applied for MEG 01-94 Course of IGNOU and was allotted an Enrolment No.[protected] and paid an amount of Rs.3700/- vide DD on Syndicate Bank Dt.14.07.2009 and had submitted the first assignment of all the four papers MEG 01-04 within the stipulated period. Even my letter to the University Dt.1.7.2010 remained un-answered till date.
My approach through E Mail, Portal and Telephone has been in vain so far. Even the Delhi Regional Study Centre has moved out of Teghlakabad Insstl. Area.
An IMMEDIATE action to intimate the result will help me to proceed to the next step in the direction.

Most joined Sikkim Manipal...who Gave or try in Practical.....Theory...or Viva either crossed or given lesser marked...as per said Some Comment marked...We had Kept your Enrollment No...See who make you pass.....these happens for Speaking truth...no Class...unnoticed 3 ice Study center Closes...no Whereabouts like wise yrs passes till January 2010 but was latter ..Workout Two letter Saying Same Tenure Two Study Centre named...So....????When actual tenure 2004 - June 2009 5yr...All were Admin Planned to Harass.


If you are Genuine Pass all those during duration[protected] who failed via 5 - 2 Marks & same do In Project Viva's January 2010...????or on same Project give another Chance...???

With Reference to several rules made by you of timely giving instalments or exam fees or if not Fine..fine---do why you don't implement that result would be out within 1 month of the given exam In JUNE / December....why it takes 1 yr or even more to get it upgrade in Grade card' s do same why we didn't receive timely books or if previous centre closed or being transfer why delay or roaming is made.............please go through these years only - Exam given on June 2009 & its now October to over nor All result declared in June exam Update performa nor any upgradation is done any in Grade Card......Why you are makeing it an Bihar university.


Moreover why Calcutta Students are given an Approx marks more than to get as per matter written...but an average marking ..mostly of student who appears In St Xaviers....please from December 2009 have the Copy checked from other state professor than the present place of being checked..as a student should get as per matter written but not as per an average..........


Please make an Rule To Out result for June Exam By August 10th and same do of December by February 10th.....If as per Your Comments and slogans...To serve The Needy....

Honorable Vice Chancellor,

Respected Sir with due concern as I am emailing you and hope might had irritated you when I was speaking the fact. Similarly could you hope what’s my condition and pressure of your wrong Policy to Administration lapses when I had regularly paid as per time frame but why if Center Closes or Transfer we were not informed or within as per administration punctuality we were automatically given a study center 4-5 time’s (My Luck as never heard or Found show many study center Closes Mine allotted??) .Could You think what’s my condition as fighting alone as again center allotted in January 2010 SPG 2843?? Is Closed=Why??My entire batch mate dropped.

Please sir I want to win if you help me as if you try to understand me…Please make rule after that tenure[protected] over where as my 8 yr tenure still left as due to your these policy(50%) I had in June 2010 had failed via 2 marks in Many subject as Evaluator doesn’t Known these Rule’s and now me morally disturb. If Make rule then make in these way as if a Students had attempted in a Paper 2-3 Times and haven’t passed then after attempt 3rd or 4th time his Percentage passing mark should be 50% and don’t’ make same rules of 50% for those who due to various causes haven’t attempted a Single attempt??.

Therefore it’s My due request please allow all from 2004 Tenure to pass within 40% and as CS-68 & CS-69 & CS-75 as duration 2004 doesn’t have practical please don’t harsh us as could you understand when Bikash Bhawan gave My transfer letter to 2814 - the dt was 1st April 2007 when all BCA Semester to practical classes over..Then what was my condition…what was my fault..??/ Similarly after then in Taratolla Never saw?? and faculty or..?? Class time given 7:00PM-9:30PM at such a dangerous??Place??/& Sunday 11:00AM - 4:00PM??? Why the center closed>>??How a Student in America has all Her Attendance from BCA / MCA Andrews / Taratolla / St Xavier / SPG???(Sumana Ganguly) 100%.

And please as like these year as you made rule’s of cause to have written please it’s a request it’s not a solution as if anyone writes the real cause known gives receiving but had to write letter as per there dictated term so what its use.

Sir Still you haven’t messaged anything about Project Matter those crossed in VIVA in January 2010 and same do 40% passing rule’s and practical Solution of three above subjects of 2004 tenure.

Sir Me a Poor and Needy students can’t spend as per your regular changing policies (Just how to Earn Revenue ruining Name of Gandhi Family) but as per Rule’s Written in Prospectus received via You In June 2004 and June 2007 till My Tenure June 2011 and New rule’s / Policy should be forced or made into implementations from / for Present to New Tenure Students=A Request.

Sir it’s not possible for me to regularly run after New Study Centre….. Or Bikash Bhawan Leaving My Private Jobs and it’s a Metro as in Bikash Bhawan for 2 Minute Talk 7 hr Queue….???Whole days even Months passed as like January 2006 to 1st April 2007??? And August 2009 – January 2010??...........

With reference to as per found you Decision making quality and ability-Truly Appreciable- I request you please implement the 40% rule from 2004 (8yrs) if MCA integrated included show that those frightened via some….//// and joined Sikkim Manipal????? On hearing these as the said Authority too was…/transfer or…??? Friends,

Same problem I am also facing. I am not able to complete MCA due to
one paper where I got 47. New rule of 50% passing marks is unaware
with all evaluators. DEC-10 was my last year of completing the course.
I am planning to meet VC, let’s see I will get appointment or not.

It was my wrong decision to join IGNOU. Working students will get
depression only from IGNOU.

Respected Sir,

I am a BCA Student. I have registered myself for 6th Semester in BCA in the month of November 2010. However, due to some error institute has re-registered me for 5th SEmester and re-despatched me the 5th semeseter materials.

I went to Registered Office (Bikas Bhawan, Kolkata) to get my registration status correction and submitted a written request to registered office to correct my registration and enrolled me for 6th semester. After long time, I had received a phone call that my registration address has been modified and corrected to 6th semester. However, when I checked on IGnou site, I have not found myself registered for 6th semester.

I have visited to RD, IGNOU KOlkata and raise my concern. They ask me to come on 10 days, I again visited and got a new date. I have been following up from last 4-5 months to get my registration status corrected for 6th semseter and have been visited to Bikas Bhawan several time but no appropriate result come out. THE REASON I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ATTAIN MY EXAMINATION FOR 6TH SEMESTER THIS JUNE 2011.

Although I have send 14-15 emails to all the contact emails provided on IGNOU site and have not received a single response. I am really frusted and annoyed of these pathetic behaviour of Kolkata Education Universities IGNOU's Stafff.

I would request you please help me on this. Please take an appropriate action to make them realise that they are playing with student's time and carrer. IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD TERMINATE FROM THIER JOBS AND MAKE SURE THEY COULD NOT GET A SECOND JOBS IN EDUCATIONAL INDUSTIRES. PLEASE REPLY ASAP WITH SOLUTION AT KUMAR31.[protected]@GMAIL.COM

This is to bring your kind notice that I enrolled myself for IGNOU MBA during the year 2008 and appeared for all the subjects as per your guidelines. But I have not received any Marks Card or Grade Card so far. I did not receive any intimation from my study centre also.
I have not received any intimation from your office towards the Diploma Completion Certificates also. When other students mentioned that they used to receive all these, intimations, I am surprised to know about it.

i am student of ignou. i have queries but they does not responce. i call many time to given number of ignou student zone. but they did pick up the phone. and when i send a mail it also not working. ignou waste my lot of time.

EXAMS AND ASSIGMENT POLICIES ARE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICES CREATING PROBLEM TO STUDENTS.

DEAR SIR,

I am a student of ignou mba programme,

As per policy the assignments are to submitted to the study centre on april 30, every july cycle, and exam can be taken , irrespective of submission of assignment.

now,
they have taken preponed the date of assignement submission to 20th march ( hardly 20 days to work on assignment) and exam can be only taken after submission.

The issue is raised with ignou Grievance cell mail, but "no reply.

Description of problem in detail:

the students money and time is involved and authorities should not take discussion as they like ,which would affect the students life and study plan.

Each assignment requires at least 2-3weeks time , In this scenario if IGNOU ask to submit it early , it is next to impossible, and above all the notification says we cannot write exam without submitting assignment.

This brings us moral and mentally down. As we are working lot and hardly find 1 hour a day and weekend 6-8 hrs-- assignment is planned for this schedule.

Above all to worsen things,

1) We have schedule of contact classes starting only at the first week of march.
2) Very short notice to align for the new procedure/ process.
3) Non availability of course material . ( issue starts only on the first week of march/ last week of Feb)
4) The change of assignment submission date does not reflect in the Ignou website.
5) Very difficult to get solution/or to put forth our problem /grievance on the call, as the phone numbers are not attended most of the time.

What I request is…

1) Please provide the previous schedule for assignment submission ( April 30).
2) Provision for attending the exam and submit the assignment latter . ( do not link exam and assignment in a term/session).

I’m a student of BCA, My Enrollment no. is[protected], My study and Examination centre code is {0504} Muzzafurpur “Bihar”. I was appeared MTE-04 {Elementary Algebra} Paper in the T.E.E Dec.2010, But I was not doing well my Examination the reason for unsuccessfulness examination I was attack paralysis before few days of MTE-04 Examination. I have cleared all subject Except MTE-04 {2 credit only}.
IGNOU Extended 4 T.E.E for old syllabus student but due to not information I lapsed 2 T.E.E. I want to appear T.E.E June 2010 but I was not confirm my re-admission or I’m able or not for this exam. I had sent mail this regarding SR&E Division and R.D but sorry to say not any positive response on your site.
Till now I hand no any options, I’m so worry about my career, kindly suggest me..!!!! What I should do??

I have taken admission in the CERTIFICATE PROGRAMEE ON HUMAN RIGHTS in January 2011 session. I have received my Study materials. But Sir, The study materials and the TUTOR MARKED ASSIGNMENT TOPICS which has been sent by the IGNOU regional centre are outdated, i.e., instead of this year’s( 2011 session) I have been provided with year 2009’s Study materials and assignment topics. Moreover I have not got my enrollment number yet. I have tried to contact with the Regional centre but no one is giving any response...even they donotpick up dhe telephone also
As per the IGNOU rule the Assignments & the Examination form for the June term end examination are to be submitted before 31st march,2011.Since i have not got proper study materials yet and also the enrollment no. i am worried whether i''ll be able to write the june TEE or not. Hence, it is my earest request to you to kindly look into the matter.

Ignou rule that non math student has to complete mte-03 to get BCA is troubling lot o[censored]s.First of all what is the need for this particular subject? we have CS -60 and CS -71 which are math subjects.

The problem is with the question papers itself, we are asked to answer questions from a broad area , and working on previous year question papers isn't helping.
Most o[censored]s have completed all our BCA courses but we are not receiving the degree because of this subject.

We are wasting our valuable time by giving this exam over and over again.
