I would like to bring to everybody's notice that IGNOU standard's is falling in recent days. To be more specific the one which is troubling more is that they are not even evaluating the term end examination (Answer Scripts) correctly. I would like to say that students are getting unexpected results. Students who are expecting highest marks would have either failed or would get just passing marks and people...
