I posted my property for rent on 99acres. I got expression of interest around the same time (in a span of 45 mins or so) from the below 3 army people:

All 3 said they liked my property, and wanted to pay security deposit. By then, I had got to know that all of them are fraud, so I kept them engaged and all of them told that they will pay the security deposit through UPI or net banking. In UPI or net banking they will ask the house owner to add another bank account as a recipient/beneficiary. I played along for 1 of them, so that I could get the bank account number. The a/c number is : [protected], IFSC: HDFC0002946. Amit Kumar guy will keep insisting that that is only the way to pay the security deposit through their army card. Please be aware!
