Individual — air flight refund

I booked one air ticket from delhi to vishakhapatnam through goibib for 17.12.2018, flight 6e2719 was allotted me cnr rg3kqj. The fligh has been cancelled.in response to complaint goindigo send me email that amount of 6707 inr refunded to goibib by goindigo on dec.21, 2018 being my travel agency. The amount is not credited to me. Do the needful as the earliest.
