Sub: Immediate disconnection of internet connection as well as refund/adjustment of excess billing amount including all the taxes incurred on for more than one year on a non-existence phone 24430986.
Dear Sir,
At this stage I do not need internet connection, hence it is requested for immediate disconnection.
I also like to draw your attention and intervention for proper action to refund/ adjustment of the excess amount which was collected from my account through ECS for more than one year. I also like to know the action taken by you for the erring person, who did such mischievous act reasons known best by him.
In this connection I also mention that, I met your personnel on 29/03/2016 which was duly acknowledged by the official (copy of acknowledgement attached for ready reference). Although the excess billing was stopped after two or three months but nothing heard from your good office about refund or adjustment.
Hope you should be kind enough to look into the matter with judicious manner so that I could get justice early without any more loss of time.
I apprehend your early action so that I could get the relief.
A line of action taken by you with an acknowledgment will be highly appreciated.
