Individual d2h Consumer — Recharged but no service

Recharge of d2h vidiecon for Rs.450/- is done on[protected] and the balance as on date is Rs.425.00. But while switching on to videocon the error 04-4 smart card is not properly inserted is appearing on the screen. But we are not opening the set top box as it is completely sealed. This is the forth month complaining. What you people doing. Even your customer complaint nos are not working only with the message please check the number you have dialed. Did your complaint cell people programmed to evade the register of complaints? I need the complaint rectification with in an hour. I am attaching a copy of report taken from your recharging section which is self explanatory.
Please contact me over phone on [protected] as my son whose mobile no [protected] is registered with your customer service section is at New Delhi and could not contact you to complaint the exact status then and there.
If no rectification is done right now and no call is received from you, we find no other option either to quit your connection or to make a complaint the consumer redressel section in TRAI.
