Individual — Deduction of payment

I m rogunandan lal sharma, I have to pay bajaj finserv loan emi through paytm, my amount of rs 3920 is deduct by paytm account but bajaj finserve cannot recieve amount by [protected]@icici, so I request you to return my amount otherwise pay bajaj finserve.
