Individual — Difficulty in getting the opened at your sector 12a, panchkula branch.

I herby submit a unpleasant experience, i underwent at your sector 12a branch. One my relative mr. Hargobind, who is less educated, visited your above branch after completing the account opening form in the name of ms. Manju under the guardianship of hargobing at about 12.30 pm on 12/08/2016. The account number was to be given to sarthak school just opposite of your above said branch. After submitting the form he was asked to leave the branch and account number would directly be given to school. On the other hand the school authorities asked him to give them the account number immediately.
Mr. Hargobind rang me and i visited your branch and i along with him visited your branch and requested the lady employee on the last counter to get the account opened as school authorities need the number. But she replied that she could do so only if the account form comes from another counter. Then we visited the other counter where the account oprning form was lying and requested her to expedite the process of account opening but she replied that she would open the account after 4.00 pm. In this process while we were just requesting thd pleading her a lady from last but one counter very rudely asked us that when the madam on last seat has asked us that the account number would directly given to the school why we did not leave the branch. I replied her that we are just requesting her to expedite the matter.
Sir, this is the experience we underwent in your above branch which shows the callous and indifferent attitude of the staff of your above branch. I showed them my id card and told them that i am a senior citizen and retired banker even then no one showed any concern on our request.
Here i may mention that if you go through the cctv footage of your branch from 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm, you will see very few say 4-5 customers were there in the branch. Where the citizen charter stands which shows the time for opening the account.
Where the standard laid down in the code of bank"s commitment to customers of bcsbi stands.
That is all sir. Feeling disgraced with the behaviour of your sector 12 a panchkula branch.
