Individual — dirty service bad behavior busy with cell phone no work at time

I am doing complaint of main branch sbi chhindwara (M. P.). All the employees as well as manager are so bad
Worker, our city public is so cool, due to that they are doing this... No work at on proper time, answered rudely,
What is this? Bank is running on the money of customer.. But here is... Bank is running to customer, they will be all right if the get transferred to bhind /morena or gwalior branch... Public is storing their frustration any time public can react...
