Individual — Failure of e kyc | |||
OTP was not arriving on my register mobile number for E KYC and when I click on Re generate OTP few times a message appeared saying Your e-sign/ e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-sign/ e-kyc mode kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. But then OTP arrived after about 1 hour later. What should I do now?
