Individual — home delivery products are not supplied after 48 hours.

I have purchased products from big bazar ranchi on dated 14 th june 2018 approx time is 12.29 pm and the home delivery team comitted to deliver the products latest by 15 th june evening.
But i have not received the product yesterday and raised a complaint through toll free no. The mobile no provided by big bazar ranchi team is now swith off. Kindly help for deliver the product soon, already 48 hours over from the time of purchase and kindly confirm where the product is deliver today or not.
