My name is virendar rai my ph6 no is [protected] i purchased dth dish tv connection and paid money through bsbi net banking of inr 1499/-
As per your sales team. They promised for following items as complementary
1. Full set dish tv connection including dish antena set top box and remote and cable wire.
2. Shoe of inr 1399/-
3. Two rs1000 /- voucher.
Your service technician arrive and they took two days for installation but he has not given any cables.
I borrowed cables from my neighborhood.
After many calls your service technician has not given my complimentary cable wire.
He has now not picking my phone calls.
Hence i am requesting you to kindly resolve my issue
