I am a customer o[censored]co bank, naihati branch was visiting branch from last 2week for updating kyc for my personal account, but whenever i visit the branch everytime they refer the other date by stating that form is not available whereas the form is available on desk but they keep it only for account opening purpose.
And people are taking leave from their work for the bank updating work but bankers didn't value their customer and misbehaving everytime.
And even they did not accept the online printed form for that and harrash the customer for every work .
Kindly look into the matter and try to settle it on priority basis.
