Individual — Missing accounts pass books

My postal saving, and mis accounts stands at tundla dist firozabad.
In march 2017 i submitted the pass books to get the accounts transfer in meerut. U p.
Many reminders sent by meerut hpo. To "the, post master tundla.
But no reply so far. Probably pass books lost.

Now after retirement i am residing at meerut – up. I tried to collect the final amount of my matured mis, at the local post office they refused and asked to get the accounts transferred – so i submitted the pass books for transfer. The head post office sent the books on 10/03/2017. And few reminders after that but no reply so far.
I tried to make the contacts on telephone no[protected] provided to me.
Telephone always rang but nobody takes up and replies.
I tried to make the complaint at “ indiapost.gov.in” the complaint form comes up but never submits.
At last i am trying your “s this office to help – hopping necessary action may be taken at this office.
