Individual — non activation of my pan card for e-filing of it return | |||||
My PAN Card No is:-ADBPT1331K...Name is:-HARISH CHANDRA TEWARI My DOB is :-15/08/1947. This card has already been registered on the site of IT department and is in active mode too. Every time I try for its activation for the purpose of filing IT return on line, I am given a PIN no on my mobile phone and a transaction ID no on my email address with a suggestion to go on site"incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e filing/services/DO Activate-html...and ..so on". When I try to reach on this site it is always told that "session expired try again", or "address is wrong". The help line no "[protected]" mostly reply "sorry network congested, all channels are busy"and sometimes the internal links are kept hanging for a long time. I am a senior citizen of 70 years of age and pay most of the bills on line at ease from home and want to file the IT returns also at ease. May I hope some quick response from your end now to make the process convenient to me and other senior and disabled peoples also. With humble regards... Was this information helpful? | |||||
