Individual — not accepting subscription cancellation | |||||
Hi i'm facing worst experience 5days after installing tikona, and i have written multiole emails and called customer care to cancel my subscription due to low quality service they are disconnecting my call. Everytime tikona sends they have resolved my issue but there is no improvement, i have collected all the log report of frequent disconnection and made speed test every 30minutes and collected all the details for record to my complaint. I want to cancel my subscription please someone take responsibility to cancel my subscription and refund amount They promised if i don't like the service they will refund money but now they are disconnecting my call when i call to customer care.
