Dear mam/sir,
My name is rajib dutta. I'm from purulia.In 30th March, I paid 250 rupees for seat no 18 from sbstc app booking through ATM card otp confirmation. But my money was paid from bank but seat is not booked. I try to complain for this issue but in application the complainant options is not available right now it says server maintainence and it always says same thing till now.
