Individual — Pan card data not found in itd department

Sir,
I was apply e pan card and it was also generated but i need physical pan card for my wife. I have verified the pan card at ITD department website. When i have applied to reprint the pan card for physical "the data not available at ITD department " this error is shown.
Do needful.
