Individual — pan card not received. pan no-mxups6963h

My pan card is not received on mentioned application add. When we called postman he told that he delivered in the wrong address instead of a tower he delivered in d tower. So i haven't recieve my pan card in mentioned address kindly deliever it to mentioned address.
