Individual — pan card returned undelivered

Dear sir/madom

In 2011 i submit the application through uae exchange, parippally branch.
After that i got a chance to go in bahrain.in this period the pan card came through post and it was returned and undelivered dew to my absence in home.

So i am requesting to resend my pan card
