Individual — rado watch (rado automatic yellow gold)

I have ordered a rado watch (Rado automatic yellow gold) through flipkart but i received a non working and a duplicate watch. Therefore i have asked them to replace it as soon as possible but there is no response from them for last 6 weeks. The order id is 523749. Whenever we contact them the company is threatening me and ridiculing me. So please consider this matter.
What shall i do? This is a typical way of cheating the customers.
