Individual — refund not received | |||
On 21st of september 2017, airindia confirmed cancellation of my ticket and sent an email promising refund of rs.470300/ in 8-10 working days. But, even after 25 working days i do not see the amount credited to my bank. I am in europe and having difficulty to lead life without this money. I have been requesting ecommerce to provide me 'refund transaction slip' so that i can check with my bank. But, ecommerce is ignorant of this.
