Individual — resetting of portal password.

I have forgotten my bsnl portal password. Several times attempted to reset it by using forgot password option. The message is "modified password sent to your registered email" but no mail is received. Mail server is ok as i am receiving & sending several other mails using the same mail id which is registered. Please send my modified password to my registered mail id i. E. Harsankar. [protected]@licindia.com.

we have more than 1000 mobile users in our village we don't have proper network signal to mobile phones we are facing this issue since day one

my suggestion is if any mobile tower installed near our village it would be helpful for users.
