We had logged a complaint ([protected]) requesting a technician to check our Volta 1.5ton air conditioner bought at Reliance Digital, Belapur on June 13. We received a call from their technician and we scheduled the visit for June 15 at 9.30am. The next day we called the technician at 9.40am to check what time he will arrive at our place we were told by 1030am. By 11am we called again only to be informed that he was asked to visit another customer by his boss, Rajesh Yadav. We called his Rajesh Yadav and he casually informs us that he will personally come by 1230pm. We called customer service which kept us on hold for 15mins, after giving all the details Akansha informs us that she will connect us to the technician sonwe can reschedule. We asked to speak to a senior executive and she put us o hold for 25 mins post which an executive named Lalit Kiran, Escalation Exec asks us to repeat all the details. Lait Kiran then says now that the delay has happened nothing can be done so he will reschedule the visit. So basically Reliance Digital staff are very helpful when you go to buy a product but treat you like crap for after service. Since we needed the technician to check the AC we rescheduled for June 16 at 9.30am again. The next day we called again at 10am but the technician refused to answer. Then at 1215 we have 2 technician come who informed that since the main technician did not want to come he sent them. So much for timely service by ResQ services.
