Individual — siemens washing machine

I have purchased a siemens washing machine wm07a1265in/04 arround 10 years back but very rarely used. Now it is not working. I have complained to your service centre about 20 days back and no response till date.

So i my self found that the spider arm supporting the drum assembely has corroded and this has to be replaced. I was really shocked to see that such a big branhed company has used a very inferior material made of aluminium alloy for a vital part which takes the full load and also gets into contact with soap and water.
I request you to kindly arrange for a spare spider drum support assembly at the earliest so as to fix the problem.
