This is kumaraguru n, from tirupur. My ac no: [protected], having account in iob since 2004. Recently means 2 months back i come to know about the withdrawals in the name of "ctrus". From this name so many transactions are happening with out any intimations. At the same time i didn't get any "alert messages" for the particular transaction. Even a single rupee i am receiving alert mails and after transaction receiving the mails from iob.
But the particular transaction only i didnt get any information from iob. Purely it shows something going wrong. Kindly request you to look in to my account and register a complaint against this requisition and give a grievance on this complaint. My mobile no:[protected]
