Individual — Vodafone postpaid disconnection | |||||
Sir, Initially I was informed Vodafone to change my plan as existing corporate plan don't have data usage facilities, as a result I had requested to change the plan but it was informed that it is company managed and owned by company and paid by company. I informed them it is corporate plan not managed by company. It is managed and paid by individual. Vodafone did not correct in their website. I have left company on june'12, till date it is active and Vodafone not taking any action. Repeatedly informed that it is company owned and paid by company, so authorised signatories permission is required. I told them it is managed by individual but Vodafone is reluctant to take action. I have informed to deactivate the Sim from 1st july'17, but no action is initiated from their end. I will not pay any Was this information helpful? | |||||
