Individual — withdrawal of my surety

I buggineni sydulu, s/o kondaiah, sa (English) ups, manikyaram, yellandu mandal, bhadradri dist. Yesterday (09.09.18) i am signed on the verification from surety from of sri bujangareddy for his 10 lack chit in khammam station road branch. I am already signed to b. Lakshmi, chit no fkhto8g-47 in same branch. I am also already paying rs.30200/pm to uco bank, khammam, towards housing loan. My net salary is 22000/pm. As per my personal reasons i want to withdrawn that surety. So please cancelled my another surety in your branch as early as possible. Thanking you.
