Its been 11 months past that i filed a complaint against the cheating case done by mettukkada service centre..i called kumarapuram service manager 2 days ago and i ask him for the resolution but he wont call me back till now.so I am going to file a criminal case soon..because i cant receive a satisfactory reply from any of the authorities..so this mail is to inform the autority about my decision.i am attatching my already submitted complaint below.Thanku

ITS BEEN 15 DAYS PAST SINCE I REGISTERED MY COMPALINT AGAINST CHEATING CRIMINAL CASE DONE BY INDUS MOTORS, METTUKADA WORKSHOP.
WHEN I RECEIVED CALLS FROM MR.JOHN KUNJH(MARUTI SUZUKI) AND MR.HAKKEM SHA(INDUS MOTORS), I BELIEVED THAT THEY WILL RESOLVE THIS SERIOUS ISSUE.BUT THE RESPONSE IS QUIET UNFAIR..I ALREADY TOLD THEM MY TWO CONCERNS, FIRST ONE IS THEY HAVE TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE CLAIM BY FORGING MY SIGNATURE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, AND THE SECOND CONCERN IS IF THEY CANT CANCEL INSURANCE CLAIM THEY HAVE TO REPLACE MY CAR..I HAVE NOT USED MY CAR YET SINCE THIS CHEATING CASE HAPPENED.NEED A QUICK RESPONSE.I ALREADY SUBMIT FIRST ESCALATION FORM AND GOING TO SUBMIT FINAL ESCALATION IF THERE IS NO PROGRESS IN THIS MATTER..FOR ME THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE..I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE THIS CRIMINAL OFFENSE CASE.IF I DONOT HEAR FROM THE AUTHORITY WITHIN 24 hrs I WILL FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE APPROPRIATE CONSUMER AGENCIES AND CONSIDER MY LEGAL ALTERNATIVES.THANKU.
THIS IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT LETTER AS FOLLOWS:
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO COMPLAINT AGAINST ONE OF INDUS SERVICE CENTRE INDUS MOTORS METTUKADA WORKSHOP, ABOUT CHEATING, FRAUD CASE, FORGED MY SIGNATURE FOR CLAIMING INSURANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEY BORROWED A HUGE AMOUNT BY FORGED MY SIGNATURE FROM SBI GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY.
I PURCHASED A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM INDUS MOTORS, PATTOM SHOWROOM.

On january 2021 last week one lady called me ([protected])many calls from indus motors service from mettukada workshop and told me that Indus providing a free service for me without any cost before feb 20th(my insurance renewal date)
My car dont have any damages..it is in a good condition..so i again called her and enquire that is that a claim or something...but they cheated me by saying nothing like that claim...its jst a small scratch removing service..then a driver called me ([protected])many times and picked my car from my flat..and he asking me for my licence and Rc book and told me that its jst for formality...i feel nothing unusual because i trust indus motors...then they took 5 days to return my car for the first time..
Now i came to know that (INDUS MOTORS METTUKADA WORKSHOP)they claimed my car without my knowledge by forged my signature and cheated me by borrowing a huge amount from SBI GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY..I ENQUIRED SBI GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY..i got policy no.and all details of borrowing a huge amount.I KNOW THAT IF I CLAIM MY CAR MY CAR CAR VALUE WILL DECREASE...ITS A NEW CAR AND ONLY 10000 kms done.
first of all they forging my siganature is a criminal offence..if they dont know the seriousness of this issue just inform them about the punishment for forgery.According to this section, whoever commits forgery shall be punished with imprissonment of jail term either description for a span which may extend to two years and penalty.
I am doing my bussiness...so i have that much value about my signature..they simply misused it.
This is not the type of INDUS MOTORS company i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.so i demand a appropriate and clear reply for this criminal cheating case or else i will take legal action against the owners and each and every employees who stands for supporting this type of criminal offence...so many calls i received regarding this matter...some numbers are [protected], [protected]..

last time i took insurance from INDUS MOTORS
SO I TRUSTED THEM BLINDLY.BUT THEY ARE CHEATERS...
I cant forgive this.
