On 07:03:2020 In the name of Rufaidha M.P (Cus ID 354379) My Wife booked (Swift ZXI plus ) From Indus motors Mananthavady, Waynad, Kerala.With the presence of Prajeesh (Manager) Indus Motors Mobile:[protected], Sudheesh (Representative) Indus Motors Mobile:[protected], With the Exchange offer of 2 lakh ( Exchange Car Details Swift Vehicle REG No KL 13 X 229 )( Pls find the Attachment of Booking Receipt Which includes Road Tax and Exchange price ) On 10th And 20th March 2020 Indus motors received Downpayment of Rs: 200000 (pls find the Payment Attachment includes ) And Remaining Amount of Rs: 697322 Disbursed from HDFC Bank LOS NO:[protected] On 21:03:2020 (Saturday)to Indus motors ( find the Payment Attachment Includes ) Unfortunately from Tuesday 24:03:2020 Kerala Govt announced Lockdown For the state And the representative Mr:Sudheesh From the Indus Motors Sent A watsapp voice msg stating that Car delivery will get delay due to lockdown . That i can understand the situation for the delay Due to lockdown. After that we made many Followups With Representative Mr: Sudheesh Becoz Again the Lockdown extended to May 3rd 2020 and again to 17th May 2020 (Note From 5th of May 2020 EMI of Rs: 14902 HDFC Bank Started ) On 14:05:2020 Indus motors Representative Mr: Sudheesh Called and Telling that 2 % percent of Road Tax (Approx Rs: 15000)will be charged to me before Car get delivered ( Note Representative Mr : Sudheesh Never mentioned Regarding Road Tax increase Before) Indus Motors mentioned Road Tax of Rs 68748 in the booking Receipt And Road Tax And others Rs:78894 mentioned in Quotation From Indus Motors Pls find the Attachments) Which is not acceptable at any cost we never Got informed regarding Road tax increase And Moreover we made paperwork’s ready Before Lockdown Started Indus Motors received full Payment from HDFC Bank on 21:03:2020 (Saturday) They have enough time to get things Done (Note My Friend Got disbursed Fund From Bank to another Car dealer same day 21:03:2020 he didn’t Get charged 2 % percent Road Tax Why only Indus Motors charging And why only me to get charged ) I spoke through phone call with Indus motors Mananthavady Branch Manager Mr:Prajeesh Earlier today he spoke Harshly And telling me to go proceed with cancelation Which will cause me Huge Charges from Bank. And never expected this type of worse customer service from a well reputed Organization. .( Note: Already 1st EMI Rs: 14902 Debited And another one to get on 05:06:2020 Without Even touching and seeing the car which is not delivered) And I never expected Such harsh behavior to a customer from the employe from a well known Organization like Indus Motors . ( I have kept the receipts as proofs) I look forward to settling this matter amicably. if, however, this matter not satisfactorily resolved ASAP, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint. As I know Indus motors is Well recognized Company Will sort this matter ASAP. Waiting for ur Positive Revert .
