In the month of August 2021, we have visited nearest Indus showroom @ Kattappana to buy new Alto by exchanging our old Maruthi zen (KL 33D 5536).Sunil P K was the sales Executive who helps us to do further things.After test drive, he offered ₹53, 000 total(₹50, 000-exchange price and additional ₹3, 000 as offer, totally ₹53, 000 )for old car.so total(₹50, 000-exchange down payment became ₹53, 000.For the rest of the
amount we went for a loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. After some days he took old car from us and promised us that new car will arrive within two weeks and gave sales letter showing the amount of ₹50, 000.But we didn't get the car within time .when we asked for the status, he told us there are some delay with bank formalities .So we have waited some more weeks .Atlast we received new car on 5th November 2021.
The new was car already covered 272 KM when we received and while asking about this he told since it was came from Ernakulam.
After few days we got call from Muvatupuzha manager sayings that we need to pay about ₹10, 000 and how we got the car before made full payment.And from him only we came to know that, there were no exchange happened and Sunil only paid ₹43000 as down payment just few days back.
The sales executive sold the car outside without our knowledge even though we wish for an exchange.We informed these things to superior officers in the branch and we didn't get any proper reply.
The main trouble we are facing now is that, the name of car is not changed yet .we don't know, to whom, the car is sold.Sunil promised that he will take care of it and will change the name immidietly.But till date the name hasn't changed and he didn't replied or picked the call.
Still we are customer of Maruthi suzuki.please provide a proper solution for this issue.
