Indus Motors — Swift car cancellation money not refunded

I have booked swift vxi on last November 9 with an amount Rs 3000. Later due to some financial problem I have cancelled the booking but they were not given me receipt for my booking and after my cancellation they were not refunded my money. I am waiting more than one week for the money still they are not responding and I didn't got my money
