[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — IndustryBuying.com Refund issue for order id 999698, still not resolved

I have order from industrybuying.com on 09/09/2016 order id 999698. According to industrybuying.com, special item take 4 weeks to dispatch.in every followup email they say within next 2 working days your order status will be updated, i have done several followups from my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com and to there tollfree - no, [protected] asking dispatch updates for my order. They replied me on 17/10/2016 my order is canceled. They have kept my amount rs 2, 908.00 for more than 35 days this is not a healthy trend. They should refund my amount rs 2, 908 immediately to my (State bank of india) account...till date today 21/10/2016 the industrybuying have not refund my money . I have shared my bank statement too . regularely I am following by emails .But I havent received my refund for order no 999598 in my bank account. please refund my money immedeatately
