Infibeam — Book not delivered properly

Hi Team, I had ordered for a book 'Kimball R, “The Data Warehouse Toolkit”, John Wiley, 2nd Ed., 2002.' Sunday (8th Feb, 2015).It was supposed to be delivered in my address by 13th Feb, 2015(Friday).I received message in my cell no that the book has already been delivered to some person name 'Cantu' and not to me.which I came to know after having conversation with your customer care team. I didn't even receive any call from the delivery boy that the book has been delivered in my address(Plot no 1, 7, 8 & 9, Block DM, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Colgate, West Bengal 700091) and that too to someone whom I don't even know. Now as per your team, the book has already been delivered to some person who I don't even know, I would request you to kindly refund my money ASAP as 530 re's has already been deducted from my account.The Infibeam Order no is: 23908936.
