Infibeam — Cheating the customers by without delivering the product and updating the status as delivered.

Updated the status in infibeam site as delivered.

But we have not received any product from professional courier.

Really infibeam team is misleading the problem and cheating the customers.

I called so many times regarding my product status

On 18th Aug 2014 at 10:14am i called to infibeam customer support and complain that the sub order number you provided that is professional courier number is not working. when i ask professional courier they said there is no product with product. i complain the same by making a call to infibeam customer care.

On 21st Aug 2014 at 2:17pm i make a call to infibeam and asked about the my order status and complaint the status. infibeam support replied that they will trace the order and inform to the respective department to take action on it.

On 22nd Aug 2014 at 10:24pm i make a call to infibeam support team and asked the status. The support team member replied that it is shipped and will be delivered soon. Immediately i asked about the complaint that i have given on sub order number. he said that is not infibeam problem, the problem is with professional courier.. When i ask professional courier they said they dont know. then who is responsible.
Immediately i asked the infibeam team to cancel the order immediately (Since there is no option available in infibeam). They said they have raised a cancellation request for my order and it will be Canceled in 48 hours.


On 25th Aug 2014 at 5.25pm i make a call to infibeam support and asked about my order status. She said the status is in transit. i asked about my order cancellation request. she said it is under process. i replied that i have canceled the order on 22nd at the time infibeam team said it will be canceled in 48 hours. she ask me to be on hold to know the status. i am on hold up to 4 mins but no reply. After that the call disconnected.

On 27th morning that at 4.25 am i got a mail with subject as product has been delivered. I am shocked when i saw that message in my mobile and a mail to my mail id.

immediately i make a call to infibeam support at 6:58am and asked about this mail and message. he (Mr.Nasir) replied that the product is delivered on 20th Aug 2014 but the status was updated today only due to some delay. one more shock from infibeam support team. I told him the whole story and also informed him that we did't receive any product at least a call from courier service. He kept me on hold and raised another complaint, he said it will be resolved in 30 to 40 hours.


But it is not resolved. Whenever i make a call and asked about the status they are raising complaint. but not resolving the issue.

They are simply playing game.

I request your involvement on this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
