[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Delivery for the product ordered is not completed . | |||
I ordered for an item from infibeam.com for which the probable time was 28th June 2014 and final delivery was 1st july 2014. Today is 2nd of July 2014.i have been following up with the infibeam and even the vendor BlueDart. Both of them end up giving me assurances that it will be delivered today but no delivery is made till today. They communicated to me back that address provided is not sufficient (although i have provided full address of the destination), But in that case even i have provided my phone no, destination phone no, At least these people should have courtesy to contact back and confirm for the address details if they are stuck somewhere.Instead they are DELAYING the delivery of the product.
