Sir, I have ordered a Sony Xperia E4 Mobile handset on 08/10/2015 with infibeam vide order i.d. no.[protected]sub order i.d.[protected] and paid Rs.8888-/- through net banking, but no any information regarding tracking the order is found. On 26/10/2015 a SMS received from infibeam that the order was delivered to me on 24/10/15 which is false. No any order item have yet been received by me.. it is cheat by infibeam.No contact over my phone was mabe by any courier if came for delivery the item. Request to take action .
