I have ordered a pair of Florsheim Shoes from Infibeam.com (Order ID :[protected] on 2nd September-15, when I received the shipment I noticed the product was of inferior quality. I sent an email to the company to express my dissatisfaction & requested them to take it back. Now Infibeam is asking for 20% restocking charge for the cancellation which according to me is unethical & unfair. Would request if Indian Consumer forum could help me with the order cancellation & refund.
