Dear sir,

I was ordered on 17 jun, 2016 order id # 18788767 item:- nirosha apple iphone 5s/5g combo - high quality headphone, screen guard & usb charger
Ordered on 17 jun, 2016
Shipping to raj kumar sen
Payment method : debitcard (Maestro) (R 549)

I was follow my order shipment details with there customer care representative, they provide me 24 to 48 hrs wait.
But after 12 days on 29 jun 2016 they told me i have to cancel my order because they have not arrange my order.

I don't want to cancel my order.

Kindly provide me suggestion. How can i get my order.
