[Resolved] Infibeam — Denying to deliver product. | |||||
Hi Sir, I have ordered a product on 19th march "Micromax 32T7290MHD HD Ready LED TV, black, 32" and it was supposed to shipped after 2 days. I have paid 13999/- money for this product(Screenshot attached). Now today on 22nd march they called me and saying this product is not available and instead of this model, they are offering me some other old model TV in same price. I have done research and found that old model doesn't' have new features such as Bluetooth connectivity etc. Now I am trying to contact them but their customer care no. is not working. My concern is when the item was not available why they took the order. I have paid amount and it got stuck. I wana to know will i get my ordered product or refund money back to my bank account and when. Why are they cheating customers like this. I hope you can understand my issue and frustration. Mar 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have requested for refund on 21th, but till now they didn't initiated the refund process. Customer care no. are also not working. I have paid 13999 money and i can't use that money... It's really frustrating. Please take some proper action against them. Infibeam is doing cheat and liers.

How can this ticket is marked as resolved? Sending complain to Infibeam CC didn't fixed the problem. It can be said resolved by Anurag can confirm if he really got money back or not.
