[Resolved] Infibeam — False commitments & Cheating | |
I had ordered a Yamaha Home Theatre System and paid 34399 by Credit Card on 7th April. They promised me to ship the product latest by 14th April & deliver latest by 18th April. But despite my repeated follow up they failed to ship the product till 24th April and were not even able to tell when they would be able to ship it. So, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said that cancelation would take 24 to 48 hours and then refund will take another 7 to 21 days. But again they failed on their commitment and have not even cancelled my order even after 72 hours rest aside the refund.
I would urge everybody reading this not to ever think of buying any product from infibeam.com or you would curse the moment when you thought of it. Was this information helpful? | |
