Infibeam — Inefficient action regarding our complaint on the damaged product | |||||
We regret to complain on the online shopping website "INFIBEAM" from whom we had ordered a 48 inches Samsung TV.The entire transaction has caused us lot of pain. We intially placed the order on 4th March. After many email/calls and continuous tracking, we finally got the product on 25th March which turned to be a defective piece. Some kind of blue dots and specs were moving on the screen and the Samsung technician tried his best to rectify them. Finally he declared the piece as defective. Right from 25th March we have been continuosly calling the team to replace it. We never got an appropirate answer from them. We wanted to visit the ofiice and lodge the complaint but we got rude answers. Hence, we asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. But they are not willing to cancel it. In fact, they asked us to approach Samsung and request them to look into the issue. It is 4th April and we are still waiting for our money. Such inefficiency and irresponsible attitude is not accepted from a reputed company like "INFIBEAM" which has gone for public issue.This transaction is causing lots of mental agony for us and needs immediate redressal.
