Infibeam — Non delivery of prepaid items even after 15 days of dod and now refuses | |||||
Dear sir, i have placed an order[protected] on infibeam via credit card payment after seeing available of the item. the schedule shipping date was 26 January and delivery date was 29 January' 2016. after lapse of delivery date of items, i communicated infibeam through calls on 2 Feb and emails. later they changed shipping date i.e 02 Feb'2016 and informed through email but there was no delivery date mentioned. on 3 Feb, i received a call and email and infibeam that product is not available with them and offered me replacement of item with low grad micromax mobile which was not accepted by me. however the product was showing available on infibeam website. in view of the above, i send them a emails n call regarding immediate delivery of same item but they refused. i have paid the amount through credit card and almost 15 days are over now but no sign of delivery of item and my money is in vain. infibeam is solely responsible for delay...non delivery of item. they have taken order when it was available in stock. its was prepaid order. Sir, i request you to look into the matter and i claim this item free of cost as a token of compensation and refund of my already paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
