[Resolved] Infibeam — Non receipt of shipment | |
Order placed 6th May, Order Shipped 17th and DTDC claiming delivery 23rd.
Placed order for a Nikon Cool pix for Rs.15, 949 and fully paid online. ID proof and Form Form 16 was asked for and forwarded in couple of days. Shipment was delayed and finally DTDC claims that the shipment was delivered on 23rd. As I was tracking the item, I raised the complaint on the same day. Even after numerous emails and phone calls, the reply is they are waiting for Proof of Delivery from the DTDC.
